These terms apply when you browse virexonlabs.ca, create an account, or place an order. They should be read with the Research Use Disclaimer, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Notice. If a mandatory consumer rule where you live conflicts with these terms, that rule applies to the extent required.

The store is intended for adults aged 18 or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to make the purchase and are acting for a lawful research or laboratory purpose. Please provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and account information and keep your sign-in details secure.

Products are offered for laboratory and scientific research only and are not intended for human or veterinary use. Product pages and documents provide general information, not medical advice or directions for personal use. Product status, permitted sale, import, possession, and use depend on the individual product and the law that applies to you.

An order request is subject to product availability and our confirmation. The product price, selected shipping charge, applicable taxes or other charges, and total are shown before you submit payment. Payment providers may apply their own terms and verification steps. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange any refund required by law or our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery methods, charges, tracking availability, and estimated transit times are explained in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and shown for the destination at checkout. You are responsible for checking your address before payment. Import charges may be assessed by authorities in the destination country.

Website text, images, and branding belong to Virexon Labs or their respective rights holders and may not be reused without permission. Checkout, payment, hosting, and delivery may rely on independent service providers, whose services are also subject to their terms.
